That temp seems fine for a GPU that's under load. Could be to do with Windows Update. When I'm playing and Windows decides to start downloading and installing updates, it makes the frame rate drop majorly - especially if it's a large update. Check to see if there's anything pending in Windows...

You will, but I doubt it will be perfect. I'd expect your could probably get away with playing medium to high with a slight FPS dip now and again. To be fair, my system has some frame dips - but being early access it does have a couple of frame-rate and optimization issues.
