I just built my first PC and its running now but my monitor just keeps flashing displayport. And my debug led on my motherboard is rising from 57-59 over a 5min span. So do I have to wait for it to initialize to go into the bios and install windows?

I have a z97a Gaming 7 Motherboard from Msi. I just built it and plugged it in for power and connected the monitor to the Gpu. So far only the OC Genie and green power led have been turned on. And one blue led blinking. http://imgur.com/nAqjWWu No Idea how to fix it. And pls tell me how...
