I cannot seem to find the WEI on windows 8.1. I entered this C:\Windows\Performance\WinSAT\DataStore into search and the folder was empty. If anyone has any advice please let me know thanks.

I just built a new computer and I am wondering if I should put windows onto the ssd or hd. I have a 2tb HD and a 256gb ssd. Someone told me that it won't make a difference and I should just put windows onto the hard drive. I am not sure if he is right and would like a few other opinions thanks.

I need to pick out a higher end motherboard that will support a i7-4820k CPU and has ram space for 4x4gb ram. I prefer it to have built in wifi but if not suggesting a wifi would be nice. Also I am not too worried about money.
