I have a 3070 zotac twin edge lhc oc, when browsing, so not even under load, the fans spike up and then stop again every few seconds, they reach 20.000rpm. i've tried setting up a curve on msi afterburner but it seems ignoring it. the temps are good, but I wanna know if it's a faulty card or is...
