I am now using something i still had that cools my pc it doesnt really help tho only on the outside so i'll buy some thermal paste and look if something is wrong with the cooler, thanks

Everytime i play a game like For Honor or PUBG i get sound stuttering and sort of stuttering in my fps but it says my fps is stable at like 30 When i close google chrome (i always have like 20 tabs open) it helps a bit but after 5 mins it gets worse again I tried low settings didnt help...
