Thanks. Regardless I'm glad it was a prime issue. I actually did more reading on the newer versions of Prime95 and it seems that there are several people that struggle to run 18.8 prime95 on even stock speeds 0_o.

I currently have 5 fans connected. The two fans connected into the h100 cooler set in pull (exaust - ontop of radiator), another two set in push (bottom of radiator), and the back panel fan set as air intake. I bought some fan extension cords but they did not work. The fans did not turn on :'(
