The CPU is the graphics card itself, anyways the problem is fixed, The Solution was to change the battery on the motherboard. Thanks for your time. -

and now instead of rebooting, the pc just shuts the screen off and some of usb devices won't work but the led that tells if the pc is on or off is on. -

motherboard only has 4 pins and is connected, replaced the cables and the cpu worked on the same motherboard but older, something sure is overheating but it's not the cpu because the temp was fine and it wasn't hot also the computer used to reboot after 10 sec but the next day it stayed for... -

mother board is new bios is up to date, boot order is fine, HDD is new and I did reset the BIOS. -
