I'm buying at a local store here in PH. I'm just looking around now so I know exactly what to buy when I go to the stores. Is there any upcoming new technologies? New sockets, processors, boards, RAM i should know of? I want this build to be futureproof. It should last at least another 5 years...

BTW, i'm building around my 7730 GPU. I just need CPU to start from right now. Are there significant bottleneck issues when i pair a 7730 with 4690k? I would want some extra power though for reliability and stability. I might replace monitor but it would come last. For now CPU, MOBO, 8GB of RAM...

I'm thinking i3-3210 or i3-3220T? But these processors does not support PCIe 3.0 which is my Graphics card's PCIe revision. Will the extra bandwidth of PCIe 3.0 matter for my 7730 card? Or do I make do with the 2.0? Given that I don't play in ultra high res.

I can always order from Manila(capital) based shops, which offer lower prices but will charge for shipping. One merchant price a Powercolor 1GB 6670 DDR5 at $70 then ship them for 5% of the price.
