Screen is unreadable after pc crashed and went to blue screen of death

If your graphics chip is integrated as opposed to a discreet add in card you may want to swap ram to see if one of your sticks is going bad. If it is a discreet board I almost guarantee you need a new one.

Is this build good for gaming?

You know that amd processor is not a bad choice when on a budget. I would try to look at a higher end graphics card though. That being said your first build is not a bad one as long as being stuck around medium settings and or a lower resolution (modern titles) is fine for you.

Is this build good for gaming?

The first build will give you better gaming performance. I'd give the toms guide "best gaming cpu for the money" for a good look ant how different procs stack against each other price\performance wise. In my opinion an entry level intel i5 is worth saving your pennies for.

honestly I'd stick to the intel I5 with stock clocks if you want to OC for fun id save a bit more and get a k series. I like AMD alot but Ivy Bridge overall is extremely compelling when comparing overall numbers.

my PC run slow while gaming

Your RAM is absolutely the issue. I generally recommend at least 8 GB for 64bit windows.
