hyper 212 evo V2, I already attempted removing, cleaning the thermal paste out, and reseating after reapplying new paste, and it didn't solve the issue. I'm taking a wild guess and saying that the CPU socket & other sensors are messed up in some way, and are making the bios think it's overheating.
