Problem solved. I just took both GPU's out and in :). Running BF4 on 120+ fps on ULTRA settings 64p.

Do you recommend me to delete AMD catalyst control center and then try again?

I already testet it with the newest driver off MSI afterburner, but I still get the same GPU usage problem.

So I'am getting really low average fps on Battlefield 4 ultra settings. On 64p operation locker it could drop to 29 fps. The gpu usage is really unstable, do someone know how to fix this?

You said 120fps ultra settings, didn't you?

So I got two R9 290 graphic cards, a coolermaster 1000w PSU, and asrock fetality killer for motherboard. On MSI afterburner my second graphic card GPU power is going up and down. How do I fix this?
