I clear cmos again and reseated the rams, and it worked now. Thanks so much for your help.

I followed your step and cleared the cmos. The system lights up and fans are working, but my monitor, keyboard and mouse are not getting any signals. I let the system run for a bit, but it restarts itself in about 30 second, but still no power to monitor, keyboard and mouse.

All I did this morning was go into the BIO and disabled on/off play because my keyboard and mouse backlights remains on after I shut down my computer. I basically did that, boot up, enabled the fast boot setting in windows 8 and shut down to see if the backlights are off. And it wont turn back...

I just build my computer 2 weeks ago, it was working fine. then today, I powered it on as usual, it was working. I changed some setting then shut off the computer, tried to power on again, and it wont power on. I am a first time builder so I don't have too much knowledge on what the problem is.
