    So before upgrade u reinstalled windows on old mobo? Try reinstall windows on new mobo, all drivers will be deleted and reinstalled automatically by windows.

    Your CPU is bottleneck for GPU, try to download msi afterburner and look at GPU utilization while gaming(it will be low)

    With amd radeon r5 430m and i7-6500u my Lenovo yoga had 30 fps on 1080p low. It's hard to play with ur config. You will get about 10-15 fps.
