Still no post I'll bring it to the local computer shop and ask to use a motherboard to see if it's dead or another power supply.

I'm currently leaving the CMOS battery out for 20 mins and I checked the front panels. I see no bent pins. I should also say that my brother described a buzzing sound then it shut off as soon as he connected the the micro usb end to the controller.
