UPDATE: It was a software issue, i did reset the pc using Windows 11, version 23H2 (repair version). After installation i plugged in the headset and nothing happened but after 2 minutes i guess the headset finally worked yay!!!!!

Also there is no usb device under the audio devices :

the headset is not showing up in the audio devices : here and i unistalled the all usb drivers and restarted my pc without any progress
