Yep. Tried all the various settings (standard, silent, turbo, maximum, custom with various profiles. Nothing explains why it just decided to stop, and nothing seems to want to get the CPU fan going properly again.

A Z690 mobo will have PWM fan connectors (4-pin). Are these the same connectors on your case fans? The other type are DC connectors (3-pin). But if you're saying that they connect with your SATA drive connectors then I suspect that's the way they need to be connected. My old Antec case is like...
