At the moment I've got it overclocked to 4.3GHz, but I don't think the package temp has never gone above 50*C? Is that a good thing, or do you reckon the temperature monitor is busted? :P Also, I'll try installing coretemp and see what that says...

I don't think we'll be able to tell you what the problem is without any more information. Next time the BSOD happens could you make a note of what the error message it gives you is? It might be able to tell us what is causing the crashes.
