    I'm noticing my wifi card failing lately. The computer has sudden freezes and I get disconnected from the wifi. I have to go in device manager and disable and renable the network adapter for my card to connect to the internet. what on earth is going on.

    I'm not sure what you mean by 6 months older since the latest driver available for download is from 2016, which probably means I already have it installed since I replaced my wifi card and installed it in 2018/9 via disc. Unfortunately I'm not able to use ethernet right now.
