What kind of motherboard and ps do you currently have? Have you considered a raid set up? Would be a nice system and the quad core should speed up adobe assuming it is quad core optimized.

I currently have a evga 512mb 8800gt in my system, I have access to a xfx alpha dog 8800gt but it only has 256mb, from what I have read operating them in sli would force them both into 256mb. Would I be better off running one card with 512mb or the sli configuration with only 256mb a card
