Resolved by using a new USB Hub.

To resolve a BSOD issue, I have recently updated my drivers for my chipset, usb, audio and graphics card. I am no longer having the BSOD issue but now my I am having issues with usb devices plugged into my computer. The biggest issue is the keyboard and mouse will work fine for about 1 minute...
