Because they tested it and its working on their system, and mine is working with my other psu, there is a possibility they use different cable when they test it, and the one I got maybe have some bad contact in the connector, right? Hopefully it's the issue before and my components is not faulty.

Yes, I only use the one that come with the new PSU. Another bit of update they offer me to upgrade it to cooler master v650 sfx gold for additional ~$15, I took it and should be arriving tomorrow.
