I can access the bios and Qflash. How can I be sure which bios is the one I had before?

Like an idiot I followed these steps by someone in my same situation to flash my bios. Cannot even boot my computer now. I have the motherboard boot from backup bios but it goes from the motherboard screen to a black one.

The parts are unavailable. Is there any way I can access bios besides doing it from the start?

I cannot access my bios. I press the delete key during startup and it does nothing. If I attempt to access the bios my computer then will not boot it will only display a black screen.
