When I said wouldn't seat I ment it wouldn't boot in those slots. The Mem fit and locked in just fine. I do have the latest BIOS installed according to Asus web sight. Running memtest ATM. Update with results. Thanks for responses so far.

It actually brings up a warning during the bootup that the cpu fan isn't running but thats because Im using a water cooled cpu and it doesnt register the fan speed so when it restarts it tells me I need to configure the bios setting and the when I get into the bios its completely set to default...
