    i decided to get the hyperx fury 1x16, i have one more question, is there any point trying out the 8gb xpg ram i have with the 16gb and run both in single channel, or should i just sell it now?

    Dual channel RAM (2 modules) performs a lot better than RAM running in single channel mode. Do you think you will need more than 16GB any time soon? No not for a while anyway :) and what do u mean about the cpu allowing up to 2600mhz?

    Im thinking of buying an extra ram stick, but the ram that i have (Adata XPG Z1) isnt available anywhere. I found that G.skill aegis has the same voltage and a similar timing. Will the ram work properly in dual channel or will i run into problems? Thanks.
