Gigabyte tech advises to remove the CMOS battery for 1 minute (with AC power disconnected). Rebooted with optimized BIOS settings. That was 2 1/2 days ago and so far no shutdowns. Also, make sure "power Options" in W7 is set to "never" sleep.
