PRO4 is a budget motherboard? I little bit hesitate. The Z370 Killer SLI looks more quality board to me. There is any differences in the performance with a i7 8700 CPU?

Hi. Sorry for my bad english. I build a new PC. Intel Core i7 8700 CPU (non K), Asrock Z370 Killer SLI mobo, Corsair 16GB RAM, GTX 1060 6GB VGA. Maybe later I would even expand it. My question is, what power supply recomended for this system and what wattage do I need?
