Hi, I have a sapphire radeon 7770 GHz edition. lately I have been having issues with my rig and I am trying to figure out the issue. One thing I noticed is the fan on my GPU is not running at all. My QUESTION is: Does the fan always run or is it a periodic thing and my issue is not with my card.
