I have CenturyLink as my ISP, and I've narrowed it down to everyone 5 minutes or so my downsteam connection freezes for 10-15s, this is very annoying for gaming and general web browsing. If we power cycle the router/modem is helps for 10m or so then starts back up. Upstream is still active...
