Yeah, HDMI Refresh 60Hz

Ah yes, I see Custom Scaling is in there. But it is greyed out and I can't access it. It's 1920x1080p

My options on the innitioal menu of the OSD is: Brightness, contrast, color, image control, OSD control, managment, language, information, Factory Reset, Source Control I tried factory reset and it did nothing.

I looked at it and it doesn't have the custom scaling option. I went through every node and couldn't find anything that would be for scaling at all.

For some reason the outer edges of my monitor are cut off. I can't see the widows task bar or clock, as well as anything in the other edges. I've tried finding the NVIDIA control panel to adjust the display edges but can't find that application at all. I've even tried to find any settings in the...
