let me rephrase that...modern "sick" 3D games are out of the question...you might be able to get by with 5 or 6 yr old games with lower settings.

It is not a gaming computer. Very few laptops are. You can play basic games like chess, minesweeper, etc., and web based games...but 3D games are out of the question.

There is some pretty simple video card math...two weaker cards will almost always beat a single card if you are spending the same amount of money. That is why for many people who want to get the absolute best performance on a given budget they will go sli/crossfire.

It really depends on your motherboard, and since I don't know the dell specs, I don't know if it can handle 130W cpus. It is worth finding out, though.
