I7 920's are $199 @ MicroCenter. Get a "2.3" power supply, some MB's won't post with a "2.2".

Get the corsair h50 water cooling kit, quiet, effective, easier to install, no more dust cloging the heatsink fins. $79 at egg.

Have fun trying to get 12 gb of OCZ 1600 to work on an ASUS motherboard @1.5v. You can use 3 sticks at triple channel @1.65v, otherwise get a hex set from Corsair that will run @1.5v.
