    Whats wrong with my Dell Optiplex 210L ??

    When l (tried to) repair my DELL Optiplex 210L computer, it stopped working. I replaced everything in the exact same place, nut it still doesn`t work. Anybody knows what is wrong with it? Personally l was thinking about ESD, but not sure about that.
