Hi, my pc is playing the witcher 3 and gta5 fine fps wise, but it does not feel smooth at all whenever my fps goes below 60 fps, I can play these games max settings at 40+ fps but its not smooth so i have to reduce the settings. I have turned v-sync of and hairworks is not enabled other games...

My pc only boots when i have one 4gb ram in, wont boot with 2x4gb. It restarts itself the all the time without the screen even going on, replaced the ram but the problem still persists. Anyone know what the problem might be? Any help would be appreciated!
