@stdragon thank you so much for helping me out. I failed to upgrade BIOS after 10 attempts, so I'm just going to leave it and buy a new pc all around. This one is old anyways. You were a great help!

Okay reporting back: I am trying the HDMI cable and now it gives me 1 long beep and 2 short beeps. The BIOS can NOT be upgraded from this system, it is the latest BIOS acer can offer me with windows 7. On another forum someone said it shouldn't be the PSU. I have no idea where to go from here...

I really think this has to do with the win8 when my system is win7. Thanks anyways guys I'm most likely going to buy everything new

Okay it reads: 3 - error: ROM file does not match existing BIOS size

It says something like "existing rom file error" or something. It appears for like 0.1 sec that's why I cant read it

For me, the newest file just reads flash and then closes after "running as admin"

What does "copy bios folder under OS desktop"? Sorry computer language and english are not my main languages ha

I mean when restarting my pc it says "installing updates" but nothing happens in the end

Apparently I have to install the files, run them and then reboot pc and it should be fine. But it doesn't update...

I'm trying my best but I have no idea how to upgrade the BIOS, i've looked at guides,...

@stdragon my bios version is American Megatrends Inc p01-a2, 7/05/2012 (which is the last possible for w7), smbios version is 2.7. Motherboard is Acer Aspire m3985 socket 0. At this point it's looking like either BIOS, PSU or monitor hdmi which I don't have in house

@cryoburner no sorry you're right haha, my first monitor was never connected, my second one was, but also no screen

@stdragon latest BIOS was already installed... I can't go further than 2012 because that is only for windows 8. Is it possible that I will never be able to play with the gtx1050 ti because of this old BIOS?

Nevermind, managed to boot up pc again with old graphics card. Going to install latest bios right now.

But why would they die out right now, both of them? That would be very unlikely, does it not have something to do with what I'm trying to fix here? I am completely lost right now. I uninstalled last gpu, tried new one out, didn't work because monitors don't start, tried old one again, not...
