They have only gone into the 1 device, so brand new meaning no movement between devices - sorry I meant to clarify.

Brand new sims are being used, so unfortunately that is not the problem.

Yeh, they are data only sims that we use across multiple tablets and tough books. 2 are using existing sims, and 1 is using a new sim. All activated - I have hit a wall with what to try next.

I might sound crazy over here, but this is pushing me to the brink. I have multiple Panasonic CF-20 Toughbooks, all with the same issue. The sim is inserted correctly, sim is working correctly in other devices but the Toughbooks all say "Insert Sim" I have tried firmware, drivers, downgrades...

Can you connect to the modem with a cable and see if that works? Is it wifi only that is having the issues?

Close the lid and reopen it or restart the laptop using the power button.

Have you used the troubleshoot option in Windows 10? What does it say when you run it? If the WiFi is working but your network isn't available - go into Network and Sharing Center - Manage known networks - Find yours - Click Forget. Then reconnect and enter password. Sometimes they bug out.

Sounds like a memory failure, going off the beep codes.

What browser are you using? I believe Firefox works around this issue.

Hey, I would check the settings for power saving mode, change the settings to performance and see if that helps, I would also reinstall the video card driver

You probably need to access the BIOS - after you power on press F2 , make sure the USB is first in your boot priority menu - if it doesn't display, make sure the USB is set to legacy, if it still doesn't display, make sure the USB is bootable and it's plugged in properly
