Best thing to do is download drivers to usb. I tend to always run windows on a local account no WiFi or internet for driver installs just to stop conflicts it shouldn't happen. Nvidias drivers are also shockly bad

7700x is designed to push clocks and power harder you may be getting higher idle temps but your probly boosting higher. same goes for temps. up to a maximum of 95c its literally designed to target that temp. hence why air was hitting 80c. your probly hitting lower temps of 75c with a higher boost.

these chips run hot stock cooler wont cut it when its pushed to its limits. even then these cpus arent the best due to windows didnt even register them as proper 6 cores due to them sharing resources they had a bad habit of core parking.

rx 580 cant be bought new and doesn't have any support even then its use cases are limited the good thing about 3050 and 50 and 30 series cards is there quite compact yet powerful enough. amd don't have any new cards in that range which if they want good will and market share would be a start...

its to inflate the pricing of the 5000 series . if they have to drop the lower end 5000 series to under 200 mark ad106 they may have alot of that silicon left that didnt make the cut.

id like to point out that the asrock boards from am3 beyond were always a bit flakey due to not having great vrms or heatsinks on they used to always recomend using a blow down cooler design for better performance.

i believe these parts could be old laptop chips kind of like what amd did with the rx 6500 xt and 6400 if i was to guess there holding the bottom line with whatever they have on hand. they want to keep the 5000 series above that 200 pound cap they dont want to drop it. basicly youll be fine...
