Its always advised to buy the same memory. Your faster 3200mhz ram will slow down to 2666mhz. Not a huge issue but, not the best. There can also be issues with mixing brands but, usually that isn't a problem.

I think it would help if people had a little more information. Are you using the TV's audio through your video card? Are you using HDMI, DP, 3.5mm etc... Is there a connect and disconnect device notification popping up when you get these drops every 10 seconds?
