I have here hp notebok 14-am066TU... when i turn it on, the screen was black, the caplock blink 3 times.... i change the memory and cmos batry... then i notice the memory module wont get hot....i also reset the bios.... what should be the problem... bios crash or memory socket....?

i have here hp notebook model hp 14-am66tu... the problem is so much similar with donagent47... but my memory module/s won't get hot..... so what should the problem.... the memory slot or the motherboard?...
