I updated the AHCI drivers, but still cannot find a way to enable IDE.

CPU/GPU usage at 100% is normal, that means your using all the CPU/GPU power you have.

It was originally on my other machine, so I know the drive works. I do not have a USB adapter, nor would I like to use one, but external hard drives work on my computer. Also, the BIOS says the m.2 is empty but windows detects it.

There are 2 AHCI drivers, but RAID drivers aren't working correctly.

In the BIOS I can only set it to AHCI or RAID, no IDE mode.
