Alright will try that...have noticed if i turn off xmp and dismantle parts ,it’s able to boot. Issue happens again when i re enable xmp. Will try with xmp enabled on one stick to check if issue will happen again. Thanks for your help -

Now im suspecting its a ram issue...I unplugged psu cable again and replugged and now it gave me overclock failed all settings have been restored...i went into bios and realized Xmp is still on but ram has defaulted to stock 2133mhz. Can it be the ram? -

A friend suggested replacing the cmos battery,will try that as well and see how it goes -
