After hooking up an LED to the speaker terminals, the motherboard is giving me a PSU Failure error code (Continuous short beeps, or flashes in this case). Given that I know my PSU, and the three other ones I tested today work fine, I guess the board is going back to Gigabyte.

As the title states, my PC seems to be cycling power every 20 seconds. No video coming up, can't access BIOS, no OS installed yet. The system fans power up, run for a bit, then shut down and the process begins anew. The motherboard is a week old, worked fine initially, stopped detecting my video...
