Im thinking of buying an i3 6100, for gaming, my sister has it and it runs all the games i would want it to, now i have already bought 16gb DDR4 and an MSI H110M mobo, do i wait for Ryzen and refund the mobo? or just get intel? thanks,

I mean that the GPUs i mentioned and the one you suggested, are still both overkill but its better to have a good GPU (if you can afford it) and not utilize 100% of it to have a low end GPU and realize later on down the line that you want to play a new game or somthing and you have to buy a new...

Im pretty confident that will run WoW no problem at all, i have a system 'worse' than that and i have no problems with it :) i only paid about £500ish for my system total.

As theyeti87 says, when i built my first 'gaming' pc in 2014 i paid about £380ish for an AMD APU system, which in my opinion is a very cheap way of getting into the gaming world on a budget. Anything less than that wont do the job.

I don't think that's enough money to get into gaming,but it depends what games, like minecraft may work on minimal settings. Careful with buying power supplies not from repeatable brands, they could say 250W on the PSU but there's no guarantee that it will output that.

From a A10 5800k, 8GB DDR3 and MSI A78M-E45 to I3 6100, 16GB DDR4, MSI H110M GAMING im mainly thinking in terms of CPUs here.

So for example, replacing it with a equal model from Corsair or nzxt make little to no difference? I feel a bit cheated tbh haha
