I'm using it and its a good mediocre level card. Best part is, it doesn't consumes much power and doesn't heatup in extreme conditions too. I play mostly Dota 2 and CS:GO as I'm more into competitive gaming. I have also played Crysis 3 on this card and its amazing on High settings. More than 50+...

I am actually having kind of same issue of restarting without even any BSOD but my CPU temps are low according to my bios.
