I have tried that as well. It went over a year without a problem and I have been stumped since.

I have a G-Sync 2560x1440 Hz monitor. And I also have a 60Hz 4k T . I only use V-Sync on the TV. It just recently started doing this about a month ago. But it doesn't do it all the time. Sometimes it will look at 60 and play just fine with no drops, but most of the time it drops up and down.

I have an i7 7700K and an Asus Strix 1080Ti. When I have V-Sync off I get well a over 100 fps. However, when I enable it it begins to stutter down to the 40's and back up to the 60's even if nothing is going on. It has only recently started doing this. I have used DDU to uninstall the drivers...
