I updated my DH67CL motherboard for the first time (it's around 3 years old) because I read it may fix random bluescreens I'd been getting. However, when doing the F7 USB flash method, I used the file you're supposed to use when doing BIOS recovery, BL0160.BIO. However it seemed to work anyway...
