    I do not have any problems but know Microsoft will be discontinuing support on Win 10 and thought I'd get a head start on it. So, one last question: has there been any real problems updating to Win 11 on top of my current Win 10 installation? That might help me in my decision.

    MB is Asus Sabertooth Z97, Intel Core i7-4790K - Core i7 4th Gen Devil's Canyon Quad-Core 4.0 GHz LGA 1150 88W Intel HD Graphics 4600, 32 GB Crucial Memory 1600 Mhz. My current configuration will not support Windows 11 so looking for mid level or better system to allow the upgrade.

    I did an install of this program on one of my other computers and it installed just fine. That is why I was wondering if there was a hardware issue on the computer I am currently trying to install it to.

    There were not any changes in the Program Files or registry. And to correct a mistake, I have been clicking on the Setup.exe not the install.exe.

    Thanks for trying to find more info. The machine does not hang. I have waited up to 20 minutes to see if something else would happen after starting the install process....and it doesn't. The hour glass just disappear. Thanks again.

    I am logged on as administrator, clicking the install.exe and the hourglass starts then stops and nothing else happens. The hour glass stops and the install does not continue past that. I am using XP SP3. Sorry I neglected to tell you that.
