is this Revo uninstaller safe? Also, what is the latest version of Realtek, and where do I get it?

The port on the back is the green audio one. And when not using the extension it has the same problem. I am having trouble with the Realtek app, it just will not open or even start. I've done everything I can to troubleshoot it, but nothing has worked so far.

When I had it plugged into the top, which I think would be the front panel, it was fine. This is my motherboard - ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. PRIME B450-PLUS (AM4)

I've done that and there has been no change.

Yesterday my pc started to really slow down and I don't know why, but today it is taking 30+ mins to boot up and once it does boot up, it takes me to a black screen, can anyone help please?
