Agree with above, this is a very subjective thing. That being said, I would seriously consider the Klipsch ProMedia 2.1 setup. Klipsch provides a really good balance in a small form factor. I am on my second set of these.

As many have said above, there are a lot of variables here. There is not currently a GPU on the market that can hit 120 fps at 4k with max settings on every game. I had a pretty nice setup with a AMD 5800x paired with a 3080Ti, and this setup could not provide a playable 4k experience for me...

To me, it sounds like are are describing coil whine which I have found to be common with the 30xx series cards.
