    Computer Says it is Connected to the Internet but Will Not Connect

    I had this problem about 2 weeks i was looking through my proxy settings and I saw 127.0.0.1 I researched it and something saying pum.bad.proxy in the article here is the link hope it helps http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/PUM.bad.proxy
