UPDATE: I've discovered it was a conflict issue with one of the new Windows updates that was released this week, and Windows Media Center. So, I just simply uninstalled the updates that were installed this week and now I'm streaming normally. Has anyone else experienced any similar problem?

Thank you for the recommendation. But what about that card's interface being PCIe 3.0 and the slot on my board is just PCIe 1 x 16? Will that be an issue for my pc's performance?

My budget is $300 - $400. Lets just be on the safe side say I could do both standard and low profile cards.
